Pileći batak i karabatak sa maslinama i belim lukom

Postupak pripreme

Pileće batake i karabatake posolite, pobiberite i brzo propržite u nauljenom tiganju. Zatim ih privremeno prebacite u drugu posudu. U istom tiganju pržite šalote i ceo čen belog luka. U tiganj dodati kapar koje smo brzo isprali vodom i masline. Prelijte vinom i sačekajte da malo provri. Dodajte bujon za supu, rendanu limunovu koricu, limunov sok, ruzmarin i so. Kada malo provri, pileće batake i karabatake smestite  u vatrostalnu posudu i stavite u rernu zagrejanu na 180 °C. Pecite meso oko 45 minuta da omekša.  Poslužite uz pirinač i uživajte u aromatičnim batacima.
