Top the delicious bread rolls, made in just 10 minutes with flour, baking powder and Greek yoghurt, with chicken mortadella, burrata, rocket and roasted peaches and drizzle with honey. Enjoy the deliciousness.

Preparation process

  1. Breads: In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt and baking powder, if not already added to the flour. Add the Greek yoghurt and mix first with a rolling pin, then form a ball of dough with your hands. Divide it into four pieces and form into balls. Cover with a cloth and leave to rest for 10 minutes. Roll the rested balls into thin rolls - about 5 mm thick. Toast them on a dry frying pan or grill - about 3 minutes per side.

  2. Peach - Cut the peach into slices and toast these on a dry frying pan or grill.

  3. To assemble: Spread melted butter over the warm bread rolls, garnish with rocket, spread burrata on top, add the chicken mortadella and the roasted peaches. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with a little pepper and garnish with basil, if desired. Serve immediately, as warm bread rolls are best.
