Asian Style Chicken Skewers

Something a little different from the standard barbecue, but still juicy and tasty. Just the way we like it :)

Preparation process

1. Cut the chicken breast fillet into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add soy sauce and rub into the meat. When the meat has absorbed the soy sauce, stir in the starch flour, turmeric, curry, garlic, pepper and, if desired, a little salt.

2. Skewer the meat and place it on a heated pan or grill for 7-8 minutes on each side.

3. For the peanut sauce, mix the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey and coconut milk in a small saucepan and add chili pepper if desired. Place on a low heat and cook for about 5 minutes. If necessary, add 2-3 tablespoons of water until the desired consistency is reached. Taste and add salt if necessary.

4. Serve the skewers warm with peanut sauce, salad and boiled rice.
