Chicken breast skewers with blueberry chutney

We have a recipe for a rhapsody of flavors on a plate!

Preparation process

1. Cut the chicken fillets into cubes, put them in a deep bowl and add all the ingredients for the skewers (except cooking oil). Mix everything well, cover and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

2. During this time, prepare the chutney. Pour blueberries, honey, vinegar and a little salt into a deep pot. When it boils, reduce the heat and let it boil until the amount of liquid is reduced (15 min). Then turn off the heat and add crushed basil and finely chopped onion. Mix everything well and cool.

3. Take the chicken out of the refrigerator and impale it on wooden skewers. Bake them on the grill or in a pan for about 20 minutes or until they are cooked and turn them. Serve the skewers warm with chutney and enjoy the flavors.
